Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation Board member Peggy Santos has been nationally recognized for her longstanding commitment to civil legal aid. She received the prestigious Mary Ellen Hamilton Award for outstanding service to the client community, awarded by the National Legal Aid and Defender Association.
