Legal Services Diversity Coalition
The Massachusetts Legal Services Diversity Coalition, established by MLAC in 1990, raises awareness of diversity issues and provides technical assistance on diversity to legal aid programs across the Commonwealth.
The Coalition focuses on developing cultural competence among legal aid staff and helps programs maintain work environments and practices that attract, retain and support culturally competent staff.
